Should I make a reservation?

Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.

Do I need insurance?

You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered). Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility.

How does the gate operate?

Each tenant picks their own code. When you need to enter the facility, simply enter your code into the keypad. The gate will open. To exit the property, drive up to the gate and it will open... it's that easy!

Do you give me a key?

You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may purchase a high quality lock at our storage office.

Can I pay for my unit over the phone?

You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments via credit card.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. DO NOT put cash in the night payment box.

Do you sell boxes?

We sell a variety of moving boxes at the storage office.

What is the minimum rental commitment?

The minimum rental period is 1 month.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit.

Do you have your own movers?

While we do not offer moving services, there are a variety of movers available in our area. Check the yellow pages under the heading "movers" for a complete list. We do rent trucks, dollies and pads.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day while afternoons are busier.

What are your hours of operation?

Office hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri and by appointment after hours. Tenants have 24 hour access to storage units.

What is inside storage?

Our 11th Street facility has storage units within the building for added security. Entrance is gained with your passcode. The building has both smoke and fire sensors. Dock height doors provide easy access for your goods.
